What are the red and green arrows that display on Scrabble Score?
The red and green arrows on your Scrabble Score profile show you the changes in your Scrabble Score since it last updated.
Green arrows represent an INCREASE in score value since it last updated.
Red arrows denote a DECREASE in score value since it last updated.
What are the various medals I see displayed next to my stats in Scrabble Score and my Player Profile?
The medals displayed next to stats in your profile are visual representations of how your stats rank when compared to the Scrabble Go community. There are 4 medals awarded:
Gold Medals - Earned when you rank in the top 10% of players for a listed category
Silver Medal - Earned when you rank in the top 25% of players for a listed category
Bronze Medal - Earned when you rank in the top 40% of players for a listed category
Teal Medal - Earned when you rank in the top 70% of players for a listed category

How can I increase my Medal Score?
Your displayed medal is a current view of how you rank relative to the Scrabble Go community.
Keep playing to increase your statistics and your medal rank will increase as well!

Can I hide my Scrabble Score from display by others?
Not presently, but we will be adding support for this in the future.

Can I see my opponent’s Scrabble Score?
Yes. If you visit the profile of an opponent, you may view his/her Scrabble Score, provided he/she has unlocked the Scrabble Score feature.

Are my previous gameplay stats counted as part of my Scrabble Score?
To ensure fairness for all players, gameplay prior to September 12, 2019 will not be counted toward Scrabble Score progress.

However, all your historic Scrabble gameplay stats have been saved and are viewable within your profile.
