Hello! Here are some of the ways for which you can recover your progress -

If you've linked your account to Facebook, then it should be a simple process. Just log in to the correct account on the FB app and browser. Upon opening the app, the "Play with Friends" message will automatically pop up. Choose the correct player account and you're good to go!

If you've never linked your account to Facebook, you will need to get in touch with us so we can manually recover your progress.

If you're contacting us in-game, please give us the following details so we can start validating your account:

- User ID of the account you want to recover (bottom of the Profile Settings > Tap your Picture > Cogwheel on the top right of the screen)
- Username
- Email address
- Device Model used by the original account
- Last Activity Date
- Frequent or favorite opponents
- Screenshot of any purchase receipt (if you have made any purchases on your old account)

If you're contacting us via web, you need to send us a ticket using the device where you want your account to be recovered. Please follow the steps below:

- Open the Scrabble Go app (You can use any account).
- Select your photo/logo in the top left corner.
- Select the gear icon in the top right corner.
- Under Profile Settings, select the Contact button next to Contact Customer Service.
- Select "Contact Us" on the top right.

Don't forget to send the following information as well:

- User ID of the account you want to recover (bottom of the Profile Settings > Tap your Picture > Cogwheel on the top right of the screen)
- Username
- Email address
- Device Model used by the original account
- Last Activity Date
- Frequent or favorite opponents
- Screenshot of any purchase receipt (if you have made any purchases on your old account)
