It should be simple if you've linked your account to Facebook. Just log in to the correct account using the FB app and browser. The "Play with Friends" message will automatically appear upon opening the app. Choose the correct player account, and you're good to go!
If you haven't linked your account to Facebook, you'll need to contact us so we can manually recover your progress.
Please copy your user ID before creating the ticket.
Your User ID is located in your Profile Settings, which can be accessed by going to your profile and clicking on the Profile Settings ⚙️icon in the top-right corner (ID number is located on the bottom)
Note: You can tap on the User ID to copy it for easy sharing with friends.
