What is the Continuum Consulate?

The Continuum Consulate is a new building that expands Territory Capture progression. It unlocks new refinery options, provides Territory Capture bonuses, improves mining efficiency, and grants access to new Territory Research opportunities. It can be unlocked by mining T1 mines and engaging with T1 hostiles in the new preview zones or in TC space.

When can I build and upgrade the Continuum Consulate?

The Continuum Consulate becomes available at Operations Level 61. Once unlocked, it can be upgraded using Consulate Quantum Cores and Consulate Luminous Cores, which are obtained through the Quantum Exchange, Luminous Exchange, and Relic Exchange refineries.

Why should I upgrade the Continuum Consulate?

Upgrading the Continuum Consulate improves construction speed, increases Capture Node scoring, boosts Isogenite and Geode mining rates, enhances Apex Barrier bonuses during Territory Takeovers, improves Refined Isogenite cost efficiency in Territory Research, and increases rewards from the Continuum Consulate refinery. The Continuum Consulate also includes a Takeover Schedule view that allows players to see current Territory owners and upcoming Takeover schedules.

The Continuum Consulate unlocks a daily refinery that provides rewards based on your building level and the number of Territory Capture zones controlled by your Alliance.

Does the Continuum Consulate affect Territory Takeovers?

Yes. The building increases Capture Node scoring and provides additional Apex Barrier bonuses for eligible FKR ships during Territory Takeovers.
