Do the new officer caps affect PvP or lower-level content?
No. Officer caps only apply to PvE content above level 71. All gameplay and officer functionality at level 70 and below remain unchanged, and PvP is not affected in any way.
Which officers are impacted by the new officer caps?
Only a few legacy officers are affected when facing PvE enemies level 71 and above, including Christopher Pike, Marlena Moreau, Jean-Luc Picard (TNG), John Harrison, Harry Mudd (Discovery), Harry Mudd, Eurydice, Leonard McCoy, and Gaila. These officers retain their full functionality in PvP and all content up to level 70.
