What is the Recon Locus Building and when can I unlock it?
The Recon Locus is a new building that becomes available at Operations Level 45. It is central to the Aggregation loop and is required for unlocking Aggregation Research and accessing Prototype Tech.
Why is the Recon Locus important?
It provides access to the Hyperthermic Stabilizer, a unique buff that counters Hyperthermic Decay found on Aggregation Hostiles. In addition, upgrading the Recon Locus unlocks dependencies in the Aggregation Research tree and powers progression through new Refinery content.
