Officer shards can be obtained from completing the following missions: Exodus Part 3, Holoinsight Part 5, and Terra Rising Part 10. It can also be gained through the Alliance Tournament Store, Admiral's Officer Recruit Chest, Galactic Recruit Chest, Faction Store, Uncommon Wrath Recruit Chest (Faction Store), and occasionally through the Event Store and Event Rewards.

Mirror Data    

Officer shards can be obtained from completing the following missions: Ally in Reflection Part 5, Slaves of Terra Part 5, and Terra Rising Part 5. It can also be gained through the Admiral's Officer Recruit Chest, Galactic Recruit Chest, Faction Store, Uncommon Wrath Recruit Chest (Faction Store), and occasionally through the Event Store and Event Rewards. Extra shards can be acquired through the Offers tab.

Officer shards can be obtained from completing the Pretender's Throne Part 10 mission. It can also be gained through the Alliance Tournament Store, Admiral's Officer Recruit Chest, Galactic Recruit Chest, Faction Store, Uncommon Wrath Recruit Chest (Faction Store), and occasionally through the Event Store and Event Rewards.

Mirror Ezri    

Officer shards can be obtained from completing the Pretender's Throne Part 3 mission. It can also be gained through the Galactic Recruit Chest, Faction Store, Uncommon Wrath Recruit Chest (Faction Store), and occasionally through the Event Store and Event Rewards.

Mirror Troi  

 Officer shards can be obtained from completing the Pretender's Throne Part 8 mission. It can also be gained through the Galactic Recruit Chest, Faction Store, Uncommon Wrath Recruit Chest (Faction Store), and occasionally through the Event Store and Event Rewards. Extra shards can be acquired through the Offers tab.

Mirror Uhura    

Officer shards can be obtained from completing the Let the Games Begin! Part 5 mission. It can also be gained through the Faction Store.

Quasi    

Officer shards can be gained occasionally through the Event Store and Event Rewards.
