What is the District 56 building?
This is a powerful addition to your Station, bringing a series of advantages to the Mirror Universe loop as well as with PVP
How to unlock it?
Upon reaching OPS level 40, you can exchange Liquid Trellium-D in the Mirror Universe Refinery via the "District 56 Exchange Level 1-10" chest to acquire "Mirror Fragments" needed to unlock the building
How to upgrade it?
Similar to the materials needed to unlock the building, Mirror Fragments are also needed to upgrade the building
Mirror Fragments are acquired via the Daily Drip in the Mirror Universe Refinery, Territory Capture BP Rewards, Event Store and Special Offers
What are it's advantages?
Apex Barrier increase
Reduces the opponent’s critical damage in PVP
Bonuses to general Mitigation stats
Time extension while in the Mirror Universe
Free daily gifts in the Mirror Refinery (including Trellium, 1 extra MU trip every 3 days and Premium Rift Keys).

PVP Crit Damage Reduction: 125%
General Mitigation Stats: 750%
Time Extension while in the Mirror Universe: 50% (example: from 20 to 30 minutes)
