Many of our Commanders have created a set of rules called “Rules of Engagement” (ROE) that govern the PvP options in the game, although Scopely does not officially support or endorse them. Therefore, Scopely will not interfere with the event of RoE discrepancies

The ROE differs from server to server, but it typically dictates acceptable PvP behaviors, such as when to attack miners (for example, only when they have over-protected cargo).
