The Augment Faction is positive-only, meaning it's impossible to lose reputation depending on your actions. You can acquire Augment Reputation by completing Missions and events, or purchasing the corresponding packs in the Augment Faction Store.
The Augment Faction store is where you can purchase Augment Tokens, Common - Rare Plutonium (Needed for Botany Bay, and Hijacked Ships), Hijacked Ship Blueprints, Independent Credits, Augment Recruit Chests, and Special Avatars.
The primary currency for the Augment store is Corrupted Data (Red) and Decoded Data (Green) which can be mined in the Augment space. These can be traded for Augment Credits, which are used to purchase other Items in the store.
The Botany Bay is the most efficient ship for mining Data. Due to how Khan's Experiments have adjusted Augment Space, the Higher the system, the faster the Data can be Collected!
Important note, as you increase your Reputation with the Augments, the other Races in the Augment Sector (who dislike Khan and his Augments moving in and disrupting their systems) will become hostile. They might even hire Bounty Hunters to target you while in Augment Space.

Q: What’s changed with the Augment Faction?
A: Major updates! A new region—Augment Exiles Space—is now open, with tougher hostiles and more valuable rewards. The faction also now has four new Reputation ranks, new sourcing systems, and powerful faction-specific favors.
Q: How do I gain Augment Reputation?A:
Defeat Augment Exiles to get Hijacked Splicers (different Augment Exiles drop Hijacked Splicers of different rarities).
Exchange Splicers for Wrath Credits of appropriate Rarity and Augment Reputation.
Use Wrath Credits to claim Planetary Charts, Officer Packs and Faction Bundles.
Defeat Champion Hostiles and complete Champion Missions for additional Reputation and Khan materials.
The following hostiles are going to present a significant challenge to players of all grades:
Hijacked Exiles Drones, Hijacked Loot Carriers and Hijacked Exiles Revenge Drones (they will drop several rarities of Hijacked Splicers) and Champion Hostiles.
Q: What are Officer Packs and how do they work?
A: Officer Packs are categorized by rarity (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic), and are unlocked using Wrath Credits. Each tier can drop Officer Shards and Officer Choice Tokens that allow you to pick specific Officers like Janeway or Hugh.
Q: What new favors are available?
A: You can now unlock powerful (G3-G6) boosts like material cost reductions, increased research/build speed, and enhanced drops from Augment Hostiles. All favors can be unlocked with Common/Uncommon/Rare/Epic Wrath Credits.

Q: What are Champion Missions?
A: Champion Missions are repeatable combat challenges that become available once you hit the “Superior” rank. Completing them earns you Hijacked Insignias used for Khan-related rewards and advanced Research nodes. The Missions come in 5 Difficulty Tiers: Cadet, Ensign, Captain, Warlord, Nightmare.
How to play:
1. Acquire Champion Trophies, found in the PVE Loot Chests dropped by the Augment Exile hostiles.
2. Using Champion Trophies, claim Champion Missions from the Augment Faction Store, available after reaching the Superior Reputation Rank.
3. Claiming any of the above-mentioned Mission Bundle from the Augment Faction Store will activate a new Mission.
4. The Mission will spawn a Champion hostile that you are tasked to defeat.
5. Defeat the spawned Champion hostile and earn the Hijacked Insignia via the Mission’s Rewards.
6. Exchange the Hijacked Insignias in the Augment Faction Store and the Away Teams Research Tree.
