How long does a refund take?

Once a refund is approved and processed, the time it takes to receive the funds depends on your payment method. Most refunds are completed within up to 10 business days.

If it has been longer than expected and you received confirmation that your refund was issued, we recommend contacting to your payment provider (such as your credit or debit card issuer, bank, PayPal, etc.).

Refunds can only be issued through the same payment method used during the original purchase.
