Not all packs are available to every Commander at the same time. Pack visibility depends on several factors, such as your Operations level, unlocked ships, and in-game progress.

Some offers are made broadly available, while others are tailored to specific player profiles as part of our efforts to personalize the experience and meet the needs of different players.

If the pack your friend received is not showing up in your store, it may simply not be available to you at this time though that could change in the future.
