Why do I see different packs than other players?
Not all in-game packs are available to every Commander at the same time. Pack visibility depends on several factors, including your Operations level, unlocked ships, and overall game progress.
Some offers are released broadly to all players, while others are personalized and targeted based on player profiles. This helps create a more tailored experience and ensures offers match each Commander’s current needs and progression.
If a pack your friend received isn’t appearing in your store, it may simply not be available to you yet—though it could appear in the future as your progress changes.
If you believe you’re missing a key offer, such as the Battle Pass or another essential pack, you can contact Customer Support. The team will run a diagnostic to verify your account and ensure everything is functioning correctly.
