If you are experiencing frequent crashes or major performance issues in Star Trek Fleet Command, reinstalling the game can sometimes help resolve the problem. However, this step should be considered a last resort after other troubleshooting options.

Important: Link Your Account First

Before reinstalling, make sure your game is connected to your Scopely Account to avoid losing progress.
To check this:

  1. Open your player profile

  2. Go to Settings

  3. Open the General tab and ensure your Scopely Account is linked

Reinstalling on Android

  1. Exit the game and open your device’s Settings

  2. Tap on Apps and locate the game

  3. Select Uninstall

  4. Restart your device

  5. Open the Play Store, reinstall the game, and launch it

  6. Log in to your Scopely Account from in-game settings to restore your progress

Reinstalling on iOS

  1. Exit the game to return to the home screen

  2. Find the game icon, then tap and hold until it starts to jiggle

  3. Tap the X on the corner of the icon and confirm deletion

  4. Go to the App Store, download the game again, and launch it

  5. Log in to your Scopely Account to recover your progress
