Many reported issues will get resolved relatively quickly, but sometimes it can take a bit longer to get to the bottom of a technical issue or bug.

"Failed to retrieve products from billing services" or  "Unsupported request to the Google Play Billing Service" error
Issue Description: Inability to see any bundles in the "Offers" tab in the Shop. There is a long loading screen and then the above error pops up. 
Issue Status: Related to Google Play, the below troubleshooting steps should fix the issue:
1. Install the latest Google Play version
2. Clear Cached data
3. Install the latest Google Play Services app version https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.gms
4. Clear Cached data
5. Force close the Star Trek Fleet Command app (if it's currently running). Start the game. Please login with Google Play Services if you are asked again. Open the Store tab in the Shop and you should now be able to see the "Offers" tab content again.
 
SMS Event not showing the very last points
Issue Description- Display glitch. The last milestone in some SMS Events appears as not completed although the player has completed them all. 
Issue Status: Investigating the visual aspect, all rewards have already been delivered to your inventory.
 
Stuck Ship
Issue Description: Ships getting stuck after random actions and troubleshooting steps are not able to unstuck the ship. Kindly contact CS for resolution.

Missing attack notifications
Issue Description: After logging off from the game, players don't receive attack notifications. Various factors may affect how notifications are received, which we have no control over.
To prevent this from happening again in the future, make sure to check the connectivity at the time, general device performance (battery level, free space, RAM usage), device settings (do not disturb mode, battery saver, selective notifications settings, etc.).

Please update your game to the latest version Error
Issue Description: Inability to jump or summon the Discovery.  The error "Please Update your game to the latest version" appears despite the latest version being installed.

Orion Corvette Field Training is not autocompleted for high-level players  (12/07)
Issue Description: "Build", "Tier up" and "Upgrade" Orion Field Training tasks are not autocompleted for high-level players.
