If you ever log in and notice your game progress appears to be reset, don’t worry , your account hasn’t been deleted. Here’s what’s likely happened and how to fix it:
What Happened to Your Game Save?
We never delete or erase your progress. In some cases, the game may fail to load your account from our servers and instead create a new temporary profile. This typically occurs when:
You launch the game without logging into your Scopely Account
You log in using a different or newly created Scopely Account
You install the game on a new device without restoring your account
How to Regain Access
To recover your original account, make sure you're logged into the correct Scopely Account. Here's how:
Tap your player profile, then go to Settings
Select the General tab and scroll down to Scopely Account
Tap Log In, then enter your email and password
Once logged in, your progress should automatically return.

If that doesn’t work, please contact our Support Team so we can manually restore your account. Be sure to include:
Your old username (the one you'd like to recover)
Your new username (the one currently showing in the game)
