What actions are taken for inappropriate behavior?
Maintaining a safe and respectful environment is one of our top priorities. In cases involving inappropriate or offensive messages, names, Alliance tags, or descriptions, we may take action against the offending account in accordance with our Terms of Service (ToS).

What kind of actions can be taken?
Depending on the severity of the offense, actions may vary, but a common measure is a chat mute. During a mute, the player will not be able to communicate with anyone in-game until the mute period expires.

Are these actions immediate or reviewed first?
All actions are taken after investigation. We never apply penalties lightly — every report is reviewed carefully to ensure fairness and accuracy before any action is taken.
