What Counts as Cheating?

• Using third-party tools to alter or exploit the game world, ships, or officers

• Using emulators or web-based tools to manipulate account settings or gameplay mechanics

What You Can Do

If you suspect cheating behavior, please report it through our Customer Support channel. We investigate all reports thoroughly. In some cases, what appears to be cheating may actually be the result of a bug or unintended interaction. When that happens, we fix the issue and make sure players are not penalized for things outside their control.

We are players too, and we take fair play seriously. Our goal is to protect the integrity of the game for everyone.
