Why Did My Game Progress Reset?
We never delete or erase your account progress. However, the game may fail to load your original Google Play profile and instead create a new account. This usually happens in the following situations:
- Launching the game without being logged into your Google Play account 
- Logging in with a different or newly created Google Play account 
- Starting the game while not logged into Google Play, then connecting your account later 
- Installing the game on a new device without restoring your original profile 
How to Regain Access
Make sure you're logged into the correct Google Play account:
- Open Google Play Games on your device and confirm you’re signed in with the correct profile 
- Restart the game 
Still Not Working?
If your progress doesn’t return, please contact Player Support, and we’ll manually help you recover your account.
When reaching out, include the following:
- Your old username (the one you want to recover) 
- Your new username (currently shown in-game) 
Once we have that info, we’ll get your account restored as quickly as possible.
- Your progress should automatically sync once the correct account is detected
