What is Alliance Help?
If you’re part of an Alliance, you can request help from your teammates for any activity with a timer, such as repairing a ship, constructing a building, or researching technology.

How do I request Alliance Help?
Tap the purple Alliance Help button to send a request to all members of your Alliance. The button may look different depending on where you see it, but it will always be purple and display the same icon.

How can I help my Alliance members?
You can assist your teammates by tapping the Help All button at the top-right corner of your screen. Another option is to go directly to the Alliance menu at the bottom left and help members individually.

How does Alliance Help reduce my timers?
Each help you receive lowers the time remaining on your activity. The maximum number of helps depends on your Alliance’s level. By contributing to your Alliance and helping it grow, you increase the amount of help that members can receive. You can request help once per timer, and each member can only help once per request.

What is Alliance Contribution?
Alliance Contribution allows you to donate resources to support your team’s growth. As your Alliance levels up, it can recruit more members and increase the Alliance Help limit. To contribute, click on the Alliance icon on the bottom left side of your screen to access the Alliance menu and click "Contribute" there.

What happens if a member leaves during a level up?
If a player leaves the Alliance while it is leveling up, their contribution toward the next level is removed from the Alliance total. This rule helps encourage members to stay and support their team.
