It’s a system adding new Tiers for all of your Superstars. Superstars with these Tiers can get new types of Stats:

 Awareness - The Superstar with the Awareness will start the match first
Aggression - The Superstar will deal MORE damage to opponents with a defense rating score
Toughness - The superstar will take LESS damage from opponents with a low Shock Factor
Kick-Out Bonus - The superstar will have a significant boost when attempting to kick-out of a pin
