Surveys contain a unique ID that ties your in-game User ID to the survey results. Completion of a survey through a link that is provided to you by another player or an external source will not result in your account receiving rewards. Players are only eligible for survey completion rewards if they have completed a survey through their own in-game prompt link.

Please do not forward the survey to other players. Rewards are issued only to the original recipients of the survey invitation who have completed the survey.

Rewards are delivered to your in-game account within 5 business days of survey completion. If you have not received your survey completion rewards within 5 business days, please contact our Support team and we'd be more than happy help!
