Recovery Methods

There are several ways to recover your account on a new device. Select the recovery method that applies to your account and check out the steps below to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible.  

  1. Recover with Apple ID

  2. Recover with Facebook Login

  3. Recover with Scopely ID

Recover with Apple ID

  1. On your old device, click on the gear icon in the top right corner to open up your settings menu in-game.

  2. Click on "Link Your Account For Recovery" and select the Apple icon.

  3. Sign in to your Apple ID to link your account.

  4. On your new device, log in to your Apple ID that you've previously connected to your game account.

  5. Install WWE: Champions on your new device and select the Apple button in the settings menu once you complete the tutorial.

  6. Log in to your game account on your new device.

Recover with Facebook Login

  1. On your old device, click on the gear icon in the top right corner to open up your settings menu in-game.

  2. Click on "Link Your Account For Recovery" and select the Facebook icon.

  3. Sign in to your Facebook account to link this to your game account.

  4. On your new device, log in to your Facebook account that you've previously connected to your game account.

  5. Install WWE: Champions on your new device and select the Facebook button in the settings menu once you complete the tutorial.

  6. Log in to your game account on your new device.

Recover with Scopely ID

  1. On your old device, click on the gear icon in the top right corner to open up your settings menu in-game.

  2. Click on "Link Your Account For Recovery" and select the Scopely icon.

  3. Sign in to your Scopely ID account to link this to your game account.

  4. On your new device, log in to your Scopely ID that you have previously connected to your game account.

  5. Install WWE: Champions on your new device and select the Scopely button in the settings menu once you complete the tutorial.

  6. Log in to your game account on your new device.

Contact Customer Support

If you did not connect to your Apple ID, Facebook, or Scopely ID, our support team can help you recover your account. Please tap on the top right corner gear icon in game to open the Settings menu. Click on "Help", then click on the "Contact Us" button in the top right corner and provide us the following information:

  1. The username on your old account (the one you're trying to restore)

  2. The username on your new account (the one you want to get out of)

We may ask you to provide additional verification before migrating your account to a new device, in order to protect the integrity of your account. *Note* For any account migration assistance, we will require players to contact us from the Help section in-game. Any migration requests sent through email will be denied.
