VIP Info:

When looking at VIP Info within the VIP Section you will notice a clock with time next to it and coins. The Clock is Uptime which is gifted when you level up so that your VIP stays active longer and the coins are the ones received when you level your VIP Level.

 

Do I get to keep my Triple H if I cancel my Subscription?
You will be able to use Triple H "King of Kings" only when your subscription is active. If the subscription is no longer active, the Superstar will remain in your roster, but you will be unable to use this Superstar until the subscription is reactivated. Once it’s reactivated, your superstar will be available to use again at the same talent and stats as before.

 

Why do I need to add a payment method for a Free Trial?

At the end of a free trial, you will be charged $2.99 for the following weeks subscription. You can cancel your Free Trial 24 hours prior to it ending to avoid this charge. This is why a payment method is required.

 

It won't let me purchase a Subscription.

If you are receiving an error that is preventing you from purchasing a subscription, please check with Apple Support or Google Play support to check the cause of these errors. If they are unable to assist, please let us know.

 

Why don't I see the VIP or Subscription feature?

They are located on the Store page under the “Membership” tab.

 

Do I get retroactive points for my previous purchases?

Yes! When you activate a subscription, you will be provided a certain amount of VIP Points based off the amount of purchases you previously did.

 

How do I cancel my Subscription or Free Trial?

You can stop a subscription from recurring by canceling at any time, at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Stopping a subscription means that you will continue to have the subscription content for the period you have already paid for, but the subscription will not automatically recur after it’s over. If you are on a free trial, your trial services will be halted and may no longer be accessible upon canceling.

 

Instructions for Android:

  • 1) Sign in to Google’s Subscriptions and services.
  • 2) Find the WWE: Champions subscription and tap or click Manage.
  • 3) Choose "Cancel Subscription"

  • 1) Go to Settings > iTunes & App Store
  • 2) Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen. A box with selections will appear.
  • 3) Tap “View Apple ID”. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  • 4) Tap “Subscriptions” and tap on the WWE: Champions subscription.
  • 5) At the bottom of the view, select “Cancel subscription”
