How can I be promoted?

Each league will require a minimum ranking for you to be promoted to a higher league. For example, if you are a beginner, you need to be at least Rank 25 to be promoted to Bronze I. The higher your league, the required minimum rank will be higher as well.

How will I be demoted?

You can be demoted from your current league if you did not meet the required minimum ranking for your current league.
