These Diamonds can still be used to purchase 4 Star tokens in the Roster Screen for 3 Star Gold Superstars.

You can go to the Roster Screen. Click your 3 Star Gold Superstar, click the 4 Star Token. Then you will be offered a Bag that cost 1000 DiBiase Diamonds.
